Tips for making your Franchise better and more profitable
The key to any successful business is customer service. You can do this by following some easy steps:
· Stay in contact with your clients
Be sure that your client is satisfied with your services. Simply keeping the lines of communication open with the customer helps make them feel special and important. Make certain that your contact information on the logbook is up to date. Offer as many ways to contact you as possible; include email, fax numbers, cell and home phone numbers.
· Add customer service oriented people to your team.
Employees who are outgoing and understanding of the concerns and needs of your customers help you keep the lines of communication from getting muddled.
· Resolve Customer complaints.
Take customer complaints seriously, no matter how small or minor they may seem. Answer all emails or phone calls within an hour. This shows the customer that you really do care and that you take their needs seriously.
· Be polite, always.
Remember to use words like: Thank you, Please, and You’re Welcome. Even if the customer is upset or being impolite themselves, keep your words, tone and actions as polite and calm as possible. Once a situation is resolved, you will be remembered for keeping your polite tone throughout a rough situation.
· Admit mistakes.
No one is perfect. If a mistake is made, admit the mistake as quickly as possible and do everything you can to correct the situation. Apologize for the error and be ready to go over and above to make it up to your customer.
Following these simple steps will help you to grow your business and give your franchise a reputation as one of the best Jan-Pro has to offer.
